SXSW - the biggest music event in the United States with a festival line-up of over 1000 bands and musicians - will soon begin in Austin, Texas. Finland will be represented at SXSW by the legendary Michael Monroe and the folk trio Kaspar. Click below to listen to the SXSW 2010 playlist!

In February Finnish rockers HIM (Sire Records/ Warner) scaled the US charts. They made all the way to number one on the hard rock album chart. On the alternative album and rock album charts Screamworks: Love in Theory and Practice made it to number two. Digitally, it shot up to 15 on the national album chart.
