By:Larm takes place in various venues in Oslo, Norway for the second year running and is held between Thursday 19th and Saturday 21st February 2009. By:Larm plays host to the next generation of Scandinavian artists ranging from metal, pop/rock, jazz, electronica and folk music. The conference is a meeting place for the Norwegian and foreign music industries.
