22-Pistepirkko’s music has a strong character, not only due to the remarkable voices. Whether wild or moody and often experimental their songs and performances are mostly touching and catchy, drawing from a lot of very different genres. Moreover the certain cinematic quality of 22pp’s music have often been used in various filmprojects.

For the upcoming release early 2008 entitled (Well You Know) Stuff Is Like We Yeah! the band has teamed up with US producer Mark Kramer. Right after it’s release 22PP single “Suburban Ladyland” was the highest new entry in Finish Single Sales Charts.

Astrid Swan’s debut album ‘Poverina’ was released in the USA through Minty Fresh Records in May 2007, receiving rave reviews from press and public alike. The album was originally released in Astrid’s native country Finland in 2005, becoming a critics’ favourite, and establishing Astrid as a serious
songwriting and performing talent.       

She has enjoyed playing shows with Jose Gonzalez, Mew, Loney Dear, Jamie Cullum & Lou Barlow. None of these people look or sound like Astrid Swan.

A Finnish independent record company and music publisher. Through the company’s history traditional Finnish dance and popular music have been the know-how fields. - Laulajanne
Laulajanne represents a bass-baritone singer Mr. Janne Tulkki. His pop/dance music performances have charmed audiences in Finland for over ten years. His albums sell at double platinum/platinum level.

It is an independent music publisher concentrating mainly on Finnish rock, pop and film music. It collaborates closely with Johanna Kustannus / Megamania and its main acts are Tigerbombs, Pain Confessor and Kometa.

- Musiikki & Media
Musiikki & Media (Music & Media in English) is the annual Finnish music conference. M&M unifies the entire variety of Finnish recording, publishing and live music industries.
- Ondine
Finnish classical label active with major international projects as well as the best of Finnish repertoire and artists, e.g. Karita Mattila, Soile Isokoski, Christoph Eschenbach and the Philadelphia Orchestra.
- Perfect Sound

Teosto promotes the rights of music authors and publishers and the diversity of creative music. It sells licensing products, which meet the needs of music-using customers.
- Finnish Music Information Centre FIMIC
Finnish Music Information Centre (Fimic) is dedicated to making Finnish music known and performed both in Finland and abroad. Fimic is part of TEOSTO.
- Finnish Music Publishers Association
The Finnish Music Publishers’ Association (FMPA) was founded in 1976 as an umbrella organisation to represent the interests of Finnish music publishers.
- Finnish Society of Popular Music Composers and Lyric Writers ELVIS
ELVIS has over 600 members, professionally active composers and songwriters working across a broad range of genres. The society’s goal is to support their financial and cultural interests.
- IFPI Finland

IFPI Finland (The Finnish National Group of IFPI) is the national trade association representing record producers in Finland. Members range from major international record companies to small independent record producers.
