Music & Media Finland
Music & Media, the biggest annual Finnish music trade fair, celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2009!
This music business oasis a stone’s throw away from Helsinki gives you a chance to immerse yourself in sound and discussion with both local and international music industry professionals. The event gathers together over 700 Finnish delegates including the entire variety of Finnish recording, publishing, live music and media industries amongst nearly 100 international delegates.
Music & Media also offers a unique and exciting opportunity for professionals to view showcase performances by a broad spectrum of Finland’s hottest new artists.
Previous years’ keynote speakers and guests include Terry McBride (Nettwerk Music Group), Tom Silverman (Tommy Boy), Seymour Stein (Sire Records), Peter Jenner (Sincere Management), Laurence Bell (Domino Records), Jim Griffin (Cherry Lane Digital), Jonathan Poneman (Sub Pop Records) and Tommy Ramone.
