Tallinn Music Week 2010

Tallinn Music Week is a showcase festival and a music industry networking event that started out in 2009. It is a new and fresh initiative with an aim of integrating the Estonian music industry effectively into the European industry circuit.

Tallinn Music Week 2010 announces a festival line-up of over 80 bands from different genres. Beside the Estonian talent, there are also bands from neighbouring countries present at this year’s event: Finland (Jesse, Rubik, The Souls, Eläkeläiset, Tukkanuotta, Apples if Idun and Amorphis) Latvia and Lithuania are all represented, thus pointing out Tallinn’s significance as the inevitable geographical link between the Nordic countries, the rest of the Baltics and Eastern Europe — an important stop in the routing of any band travelling from Scandinavia to Russia or mainland Europe.
