The Musician's Road Map to Social Media Success
NOMEX (Nordic Music Export) introduces The Musician’s Road Map to Social Media Success; a nine week course that teaches participants how to integrate social media and internet marketing. The course starts May 3rd and finishes off with a two month online PR campaign. The course is custom-made for musicians and course leader is Ariel Hyatt, founder of Cyber PR. Ariel has extensive experience in online marketing and has in the last 14 years represented over 1400 musicians.

Participants will learn:
- What social media is and how to use it effectively
- How to generate more online followers and fans
- How to manage mailing lists
- How to create authentic relationshios with fans that stick
- How to streamline marketing and social media so they work to feed each other
- Best practises for Twitter, Facebook, Myspace and Blogging
An invitation-only forum will be created especially for the course where participants will receive weekly lessons and assignments. There will also be several interactive videos that illustrate each lesson and a day-long course, taught in person by Ariel, at the SPOT Festival in Aarhus, Denmark on May 22nd.
The course is for artists, music industry professionals of all types, managers, label owners, music industry students, marketing and PR professionals, film makers, producers and directors. See more information in attachment.
