Andy McCoy, the lead guitarist and primary songwriter for Hanoi Rocks, has put together a new band that includes the Amorphis rhythm section of Niclas Etelävuori and Jan Rechberger. It’s called Grease Helmet and they have a new song up on their MySpace at www.myspace.com/greasehelmet.
According to the prime motivator Sheriff McCoy the band plays hard rock steeped in the tradition of the genre.
