GigsWiz, a Finnish start-up company, has launched a beta version of their live music analytics platform, which helps bands, agents and promoters plan where to tour and play live concerts. The application is based on a widget, which the artists place on their websites and social profiles asking fans where they should set sail. Now the performers and business professionals have clear statistics on the expected demand for gigs.

The Rasmus are among the first bands to start using the beta service, and to help GigsWiz evolve their platform in to something the live music industry would embrace as their standard. The service is free of charge for the bands.
